Dr. Blake Perkins
Blake spends his time outside of work with his wife Sarah, and their 5 children, going from sporting events, to dance recitals, to piano lessons, and everything else that comes with a busy family. He loves the outdoors, and can be found volunteering either at church with the youth programs, or his local Scout troop, mentoring the next generation. He has yet to find an activity outside he doesn’t enjoy, and looks forward to the new adventures each day brings.
Dr. Gideon Arnett
Gideon is a recent dental school graduate that is excited to network in Vancouver and create lasting relationships with patients through quality dentistry and excellent customer service. Outside of work, Gideon enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. The Arnetts enjoy camping and hiking in and around the Columbia Gorge, are actively involved in their local church, and have a passion for music.
Laura – Office Manager
Laura’s love for making people laugh and seeing great smiles has her right at home in dentistry. She started out as a Dental Assistant over 25 years ago and enjoys bringing that clinical experience to her role as Office Manager. Supporting this team in serving our patients is what she loves most about dentistry now. As a native of the NW, Laura loves all things outdoors: floating on the river, skiing Mt Hood, campfires, beach sunsets, and taking her rescue dog on hikes. She lives in Vancouver with her husband Chad, along with their 2 daughters, 2 dogs, and 2 cats.
Jennifer – Dental Hygienist
Jennifer has been a Dental Hygienist since 1995. Her favorite part of being a hygienist is getting to know each patient, and helping them individually. Jennifer lives in Vancouver with her husband Jay and two teenage boys, Trent and Brady.
Sarah – Claims Processor
Sarah has listened to her husband, Dr. Perkins, ‘talk dentistry’ for over 25 years, and decided it was time to join in the fun! She is enjoying learning about and processing dental insurance claims. Sarah is a mom to 5 amazing kids and 2 dogs. She loves supporting them at dance performances, band concerts, ASL shows, choir concerts or whatever their latest interest is. In her free time, Sarah likes crafting and spending time outdoors – be it gardening, walking, hiking, or just sitting in the sun at the beach.
Tammy- Dental Assistant/Lab Tech
Tammy grew up in the Seattle area, she moved to Vancouver nine years ago. She has 24 years of experience in the dental field, and enjoys all aspects of Dentistry. “I love helping patients achieve a beautiful smile, it’s so rewarding to me.” She has three daughters and loves spending time with her family. In her spare moments she enjoys interior design, running, football, and hanging out at the beach.
Rachel- Dental Hygienist
Rachel has been practicing Dental Hygiene at New Image since she graduated with honors from Clark College in 2012. She loves the relationships and interactions she gets to experience with her patients in helping to educate and care for them on an individual basis. When she’s not working, Rachel is busy with her husband of nine years raising their two girls, Frankie and Coco. She enjoys crafting, being active, and spending time with family and at her church.
Jan- Dental Hygienist
Jan has been a Dental Hygienist since 2001. She enjoys getting to know her patients and keeping up with their dental health. To her, Dental Hygiene is a field where she can make a difference in the experience the patient has when they come into the Dental Office. Jan enjoys helping her patients find ways to improve their oral health, and to form good dental habits. Aside from enjoying the Dental Hygiene career, when she isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and four cats, going on hikes, going to the beach, or just gardening and doing things together at home. When she has some free time in the evenings, she likes to keep up with her many hobbies, among them are crocheting, scrap booking, making cards, sewing and making jewelry.
